We want you to be completely happy with your Riviera.Skin purchase. While we aim to deliver a seamless experience, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please review our returns and cancellations policy below.

How to Return an order

  • To begin a return, please email our team at info@riviera.skin with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning them.

  • Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the return process, including any specific packaging or labelling instructions.

  • Please ensure your item is returned in secure packaging and includes your order number clearly inside the parcel.

  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or issue with the order.

  • In cases where a product is returned for inspection but no fault is found, return postage will not be reimbursed.

  • Any returns that do not follow the advised steps may be subject to delay or refusal.

1. Undelivered Orders

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking link provided in the dispatch email.

  • If delivery hasn’t occurred and no update is available from An Post, contact us at info@riviera.skin. We’ll assist with escalating the issue.

  • Missing deliveries must be reported within 5 working days from the dispatch date. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

2. Items Missing or Incorrect

  • If something’s missing or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing us your order number and issue.

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We kindly request that incorrect items be returned before we dispatch replacements.

  • Please note: if an incorrect product is opened or used, we’ll consider it accepted and cannot provide a replacement.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything arrives damaged or faulty.

  • Email us with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll either arrange a return, replacement, or refund. Return shipping will be reimbursed up to €6, or a collection arranged when possible.

4. Sensitivity or Adverse Reactions

  • We advise customers to review ingredients thoroughly and perform a patch test before using any product.

  • Riviera.Skin cannot accept liability for personal reactions or sensitivities.

  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare professional.

5. Order Cancellation & Change of Mind

  • Changed your mind? You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with seals intact.

  • Notify us by email with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Use the optional template below for ease.

  • Return shipping for unwanted items is at the customer’s expense.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

  • We will issue refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.

  • Refunds may be adjusted if returned goods are not in resaleable condition or show signs of damage from handling.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind or unwanted returns.

  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will refund your original delivery charge and reimburse return postage costs up to €6, or arrange collection where appropriate.

7. Promotional Offers & Gift Items

  • Items received as part of a gift-with-purchase or promotion must be returned if the associated product is being refunded.

  • If free promotional items are not returned, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

8. Returns Handling Fee

  • A flat fee of €2.00 per item may apply to change-of-mind returns to cover handling and restocking.

  • Faulty or damaged item returns are exempt from this fee.

9. Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to try a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original (if eligible).
